މިއީ 2013 ވަނަ އަހަރުގެ ރިޔާސީ އިންތިޚާބުގެ ދުވަސްވަރު ލިޔެފައިވާ ލިޔުމެކެވެ.
މިއަދު މާލޭގެ މަގުތަކާއި ގޯޅިތަކަށް ނަޒަރު ހިންގައިލާއިރު ފެންނަނީ، ހާދަ ނަލަ މަންޒަރެކެވެ. ތަފާތު ކުލަތަކުން ކުލަޖެހި، ހިޔާވެފައިވާ މަގުތަކާއި ގޯޅިތަކެވެ. މެންދުރުގެ ދިލަ ހޫނުގައި ވެސް، މިއަދު މާލޭގެ މަގުތަކުގައި ދުއްވާލާފައި ދާއިރު، ލޮލަށާއި ހައްޓަށް ލިބެނީ ފިނިކަމެވެ. އަރާމެވެ. މި ރީތި މަންޒަރު ފެނުމުން ހިތަށް އަރައެވެ. މާލޭގެ މަގުތައް އަބަދުވެސް ބާއްވާންވީ މިގޮތަށެވެ. އޭރުން ގަސްގަހާއިގެހީގެ އިނާޔަތެއް ނެތް މި މަގުތަކަށް ކޮންމެވެސް ވަރެއްގެ މަންފާއެއް ކުރާނެތާއެވެ.
މިއަދު ގައުމަށް އައިސްފައި މިވަނީ، ކޮންމެ ފަސް އަހަރަކުން އެއް އަހަރު ގައުމަށް އަންނަ ޚާއްޞަ އީދެކެވެ. މަގުތަކާއި ގޯޅިތަކުން މި ފެންނަނީ އެ އީދުގެ ތަފާތު ކުލަތަކެވެ. އެބަޔަކު ގަބޫލުކުރާ ފިކުރަކާއެކު، ވަމުން އަންނަ ހަރަކާތްތަކެވެ. ބޮޑެތި ހޭދަތަކެއް ކޮށްގެން ކުރަމުން އަންނަ މި މަސައްކަތަށް، ކޮންމެ ބަޔަކު ވެސް އިޙުތިރާމް ކުރާން އެބަޖެހެއެވެ. ތިމާ ހިތާނުވާ ފިކުރަކީ، ނުވަތަ ބަޔަކީ، ކަމުނުދާ ފިކުރެއްކަމުގައި، ނުވަތަ ވިޔާނުދާ ބަޔެއްކަމުގައި ދުށުމަކީ، ގައުމީ ވިސްނުމަކުން ބަލާއިރު، ބޭއަދަބީ ކަމެކެވެ. މަސްލަޙަތު ގެއްލިދާނޭ ކަމެއް ވެސް މެއެވެ.
ދާދިފަހުން ދުވަހަކު ނޫހެއްގައި އޮތް ޚަބަރެއް ފެނިފައި ހިނިއައެވެ. މާލޭގެ މަގުތަކުގައި ދަމާފައި ހުރި ދިދަތައް ކަނޑާން، ބަޔަކު ނިކުމެ އުޅުނު ވާހަކަ އޮތުމުންނެވެ. ހަނދާނަށް އައީ ކުޑައިރުގެ ހަނދާނެކެވެ. އޭރު ރަށްރަށުގައި “ކުޑަގެ” ކިޔާ ގެއެއް ހަދާނެއެވެ. ދަނޑި ފަނުން ހަދާފައި ހުންނަ މިގެ ހަދާނީ، އަވަށްޓެރި ކުދިން ބައިވެރިވެގެންނެވެ. ކުޅިވަރެއްގެ ގޮތުގައެވެ. އެއްބަޔަކު ކުޑަގެއެއް ހަދައިފިނަމަ، އަނެއް ބަޔަކު ސިއްރުން އައިސް، އެގެއެއް ވައްޓާލުމަކީ، ކުރާންޖެހިފައި އޮންނަ ކަމެކެވެ. ކޮންމެހެން ރުޅިއަކުން ނޫނެވެ. އެކަމަކު ޖެއްސުމެއް ކޮށްލުމަށެވެ. ދިދަކެނޑުން ސިފަވީ، މިކަހަލަ ކުޑަކުދީންކުރާ ކަމެއްގެ ގޮތުގައެވެ. ކޮންމެއަކަސް އެކަން ވެސް އެ ހިނގީއެވެ. ދިދަ ކަނޑާން ނިކުތް މީހުން އެކަން ވެސް ކޮށްފިއެވެ. އެ ވާހަކަ ބާއްވަމާ ހިނގާށެވެ.
މިއަދު މާލެތެރެއިންނާއި ރަށްރަށުން ފެންނަމުން މިދާ ކަންތައްތަކަކީ ކޮންމެ އިންތިޚާބަކާ ގުޅިގެން ވެސް ހިނގާ ކަންކަމެވެ. ދިދަ ދެމުމެވެ. ފޮޓޯ ތަތްކުރުމާއި ހަރުކުރުމެވެ. ތިމާ ތާޢީދުކުރާ ކޮޅެއްގެ ބާރުގަދަ ކުރުމަށްޓަކައި، ޕޯޑިއަމްތަކުގައި ތަފާތު ޝުޢޫރުތައް ފާޅުކުރުމެވެ. ޖޯޝް އުފެދޭ ފަދަ ތަފާތު ރާގުތަކަށް ކިޔާފައި ހުންނަ ލަވަތައް ޖެހުމެވެ. ހައްތާވެސް އޭގެ ޒާތުގައި ހަމަ ރަނގަޅު ކަންކަމެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް ކުރާންވާ ގޮތަށް ކުރެވޭނަމައެވެ.
މިއަދު މާލެއާއި އަތޮޅުތަކަށް ރިޔާސީ އިންތިޚާބުގެ ވަރުގަދަ އޮއިވަރު ފެތުރި، ރަށްރަށަށް މިވަނީ ހަލަބޮލިކަމެއް އައިސްފައެވެ. މި ހަލަބޮލިކަމުގެ ތެރެއިން ފެންނަ އެއްކަމަކީ، އެކިއެކި ޕާޓީތަކުގެ ތަފާތު އެއްވުންތަކުންނާއި ޖަގަހަ ތަކުން ލަވަ ޖެހުމެވެ. ޕާޓީލަވައެވެ. ލަވަޖެހުން މިވަނީ ވާދަވެރިކަމަށް ވެފައެވެ. އެއް ޖަގަހައަށްވުރެ ބާރަށް، އަނެއް ޖަގަހައަކުން ލަވަޖެހޭތޯ މަސައްކަތް ކުރާތަން ވެސް ބައެއްފަހަރު ފެނެއެވެ. ނަތީޖާއަކީ، މުޅި ހިސާބުގަނޑު ލަވައިގެ އަޑުން ގުގުމާން ފެށުމެވެ. ކޮންމެ ޖަގަހައެއްގެ ވަށައިގެން ވެސް އެ ހުރީ، މީހުން ދިރިއުޅޭ ގޭގެއެވެ. އެއިން ކޮންމެ ގެއެއްގައި ވެސް، ކުޑަކުދީންނާއި، މުސްކުޅީންނާއި، ބަލިމީހުން އުޅުމަކީ އެކަށީގެންވާ ކަމެކެވެ. އެހެންކަމަށް ވާނަމަ، އެބަޔަކަށް ވާނެ ދައްޗެއް އޮވެދާނެއެވެ.
ޤަބޫލުކުރަމެވެ. ދިވެހި ކޮންމެ ރައްޔިތަކީ ވެސް މިނިވަނެކެވެ. ލަވަޖެހުމަކީ، ލިބިފައި އޮތް މިނިވަންކަމުގެ ތެރޭގައި ކުރަމުން އަންނަ ކަމެކެވެ. އެެހެންނަމަވެސް އަބަދުވެސް ހަނދާން ބަހައްޓާންވީ ތިމާއަށް މިނިވަންކަން ލިބިފައި އޮތް އުޞޫލުން، އަނެކާއަށް ވެސް މިނިވަންކަން ލިބިފައިވާ ކަމެވެ. ކޮންމެ މީހަކަށް ވެސް ލިބިފައިވާ މިނިވަންކަން ގޮސް ހުއްޓޭ ހިސާބެއް އޮތްކަމެވެ. ލިބިފައިވާ މިނިވަންކަމުގެ ތެރެއިން، އަނެކާގެ މިނިވަންކަމަށް ހުރަސް އެޅިގެން ނުވާނޭކަމެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް މިއަދު ކަން ހިނގަމުން މިދަނީ އެހެނެއް ނޫނެވެ. ޖަގަހަތަކުން ޖަހާ ލަވަތަކުގެ ސަބަބުން، އެކަމުގެ އުނދަގޫ ފޯރާ އެތައް ބަޔަކު، މާލެއާއި އަތޮޅުތެރޭގައި އެބަ އުޅެއެވެ. ރޭގަނޑު އެގާރަ ބާރަ ޖަހާއިރު ވެސް، ފޯރީގައި ލަވަޖަހަމުން އަންނަ ޖަގަހަތައް، ބައެއް ރަށް ރަށުގައި އެބަހުއްޓެވެ.
އިންތިޚާބު ކާމިޔާބު ކުރުމަށްޓަކައި، ހަމަ ކޮންމެ ބަޔަކު ވެސް، ގާނޫނު ހުއްދަކުރާ ގޮތެއްގެ މަތީން، ކުރެވޭން އޮތް ކޮންމެ ކަމެެއް ވެސް ކުރާންވީއެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް އެހެން މީހުންނާ މެދު ވިސްނައިލާން ވާނެއެވެ. ތިމާމެންނަށް އެކަމަކުން ހިތްހަމަޖެހުން ލިބޭ ކޮންމެ ކަމަކީ، އެންމެ ރަނގަޅު ކަމަކަށް ނުވެދާނެކަން، އަބަދުވެސް ހަނދާން ބަހައްޓާން ވާނެއެވެ. އޭރުން މިކަހަލަ ވާހަކަތައް ލިޔާމީހުން އަބަދުވެސް ލިޔާނީ، މިވެނިކަމެއް އެ ކުރަނީ ހާދަހާ ރަނގަޅަކަށެވެ. އެވެނިކަމެއް އެ ކުރަނީ ހާދަހާ މޮޅަށެވެ. ކިހާ ބޮޑު އުފަލެއް ހެއްޔެވެ. ކަން އޮންނާންވީ ގޮތަކީ މިއީއެވެ.
