މީގެ ދެތިން ހަތަރު ދުވަހެއް ކުރީން ދިމާވި ކަމެކެވެ. އެއީ އެ ދުވަހުގެ މެންދުރުފަހުގެ ވަގުތެވެ. މާލޭގެ ކާރޫބާރޫ ބޮޑު މަގެކެވެ. މިހެން ބުނިއިރު، މާލޭގައި މިނޫން މަގެއް މިހާރު ނޯންނާނޭކަން ވެސް އެނގެއެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް މިބުނާ މަގަކީ އޭގެތެރެއިން ވެސް ފާހަގަކޮށްލެވޭ މަގެކެވެ. އެއްކޮޅަށް ދުއްވާ މަގެކެވެ. މާ ފުޅާމަގެއް ވެސް ނޫނެވެ. މިވަރުން ދެން ފުއްދާލަމާ ހިނގާށެވެ.
މަގުހުރިގޮތަށް ސައިކަލެއް ދުއްވާފައި އާދެއެވެ. އެންމެ ސައިކަލެއް ނޫނެވެ. އެތައް ސައިކަލެކެވެ. ކާރާއ ޕިކަޕެވެ. ފުލުފުލުންނެވެ. އިރުކޮޅަކުން ފެނުނީ މަގުގެ އަނެއްކޮޅުން ޒުވާން ކުއްޖަކު މޮބައިލް ފޯނަކާ ކުޅެމުން އަންނަތަނެވެ. ދުވާރު ދޫކޮށްލުމަށްފަހު، ޕާކުކޮށްފައިވާ ސައިކަލުތަކުގެ ވެސް ބޭރުން، ގާތްގަނޑަކަށް މަގުގެ މެދުން ކަހަލަ ގޮތަކަށެވެ. އޭނާ ހިނގަމުން އައީ ދެއަތުން މޮބައިލް ފޯނުގައި ހިފައިގެން އެއާ “ކުޅެމުން”ނެވެ. މޮބައިލްފޯނުން ކުޅެމުން، ނުވަތަ ބަލަމުން އެ އަންނަ އެއްޗެއް ފިޔަވައި އެހެން ޚިޔާލެއް، ފިކުރެއް، އޭނާގެ ސިކުނޑީގައި އޮންނާނޭ ހެނެއް ހިއެއް ނުވެއެވެ. ހިނގަމުން އަންނަ މަގަކީ ކިހައި ބާރު ބޮޑު މަގެއްކަން ވެސް އޭނާގެ ފިކުރަކު އޮންނާނެއެކޭ ހިތެއް ނުބުނެއެވެ. މަގުގައި ދުއްވަމުން ދިޔަ އެއްޗިއްސަށް އޭނާގެ ސަމާލުކަމެއް އެއްވެސް ވަރަކަށް ނުހުއްޓެއެވެ. އޭނާއަށް ޖެހިދާނެ ހާލަކަށް ވިސްނާން ޖެހިފައި ވަނީ ދުއްވަމުން ދިޔަ މީހުންނަށެވެ.
ތަންކޮޅަކަށް އައިސްފައި ހަމަ ކުއްލިއަކަށް އެ ހިނގައިގަތީ މަގު ހުރަސްކޮށް އަނެއް ފަރާތަށް ދާށެވެ. އޭރު ފުދޭވަރެއްގެ ހަރު ދުވެއްޔެއްގައި އެ ދިމާއަށް ސައިކަލެއް ދުއްވާފައި އާދެއެވެ. ކުއްލިއަކަށް އެ ސޮރު ގެނައި މި ހަރަކާތުގެ ސަބަބުން، ސައިކަލުގައި އިން މީހާއަށް ވެސް ލިބުނީ ކުއްލި ސިހުމެވެ. އަވަސް އަވަހަށް ދެ ބުރަތްކަށް އެއްފަހަރާ ހިފާލައިފިއެވެ. ފުރޮޅު މަގުމަތީގައި ގާނާލުމަށްފަހު އެ ސޮރުގެ ގަޔަށް ސައިކަލު ނާރައި، މައިތިރިވީ ހަމަ ކިރިޔާއެވެ. މީގެ މަޖާ ތަންކޮޅަކީ، މީހަކު އޭނާއަށް ޓަކައި “ޤުރުބާން” ވަމުން ދިޔައިރު، އޭނާ ހަމަ ކަހާތަން ހިރުވާ ވެސް ނުލިކަމެވެ. އެ ދިޔަ ގޮތަކަށް ދިޔައީއެވެ. އަތުގައި އޮތް ފޯނާ ކުޅެމުން ކުޅެމުންނެވެ.
މި ފަދަ ކިތަންމެ ކިތަންމެ މަންޒަރެއް އެކި މީސްމީހުންނަށް ފެނިފައި ހުންނާނެއެވެ. މަގެއްމައްޗަށް ނިކުމެ، ނިކަން ކޮޅުކޮޅަށް ނަޒަރު ހިންގައިލަބަލާށެވެ! ފަސްވަރަކަށް މިނެޓް މަޑުކޮށްލިޔަސް، ޚިޔާލެއް ފިކުރެއްނެތި، ފޯނާ ކުޅެމުން، ހިނގަމުން އަންނަ އެތައް ބަޔަކު ފެންނާނެއެވެ. މޮބައިލްފޯނަށް ބަލަމުން، ކުޅެމުން، މަގުހިނގާ ޒުވާން އަންހެން ކުދީންނެވެ. ފިރިހެން ކުދީންނެވެ. މެދު އުމުރުގެ މީހުންނެވެ. މަދުން ނަމަވެސް ދުވަސްވީ މީހުން ވެސް ފެންނާނެއެވެ. ބިދޭސީން ފެންނަ މިންވަރު ވެސް މަދުވާނެއެކޭ ނުބުނެވޭނެއެވެ.
ކަމަކީ އޭގެ ޒާތުގައި ކުޑަކުޑަ ކަމެއް ނޫނެވެ. މޮބައިލްފޯނުން ނެޓަށް ވަދެގެން، ނޫންނަމަ ކޮންމެވެސް ގޭމެއްގެ ފޯރީގައި، ނުވަތަ ވައިބަރުގައި ޖެހިގެން ހުރެ، މާލެ ކަހަލަ ރަށެއްގެ މަގެއްގެ މަތީގައި ހިނގަމުން ދިޔުމަކީ، ފަހަރެއްގައި ވެސް ރައްކާތެރި ކަމެއް ނޫނެވެ. އޭގެ ނުރައްކާ އޮތީ ހަމައެކަނި އޭނާއަކަށް ނޫނެވެ. އެހެން މީހުންނަށް ވެސް މެއެވެ. ކިތަންމެ ބޮޑު ގެއްލުމެއް ވެސް ލިބިދާނެއެވެ. ލިބިފައި ވެސް އެބަހުއްޓެވެ. މި ބުނަނީ މަގުމަތީގައި ފޯނު ނުކުރާށޭކޭ ނޫނެވެ.
