ފަތުރުވެރިކަމަކީ ދިވެހި އިޤުތިޞާދުގެ ރަންބިސް އަޅާ ކުކުޅެވެ. މިއީ ފަތުރުވެރިކަން މިއަދު ދިވެހިން ސިފަކުރަމުން އަންނަ ގޮތެވެ. މި އިބާރާތުން ފަތުރުވެރިކަން ސިފަ ކުރަނީ، މި ސިނާޢަތުގެ ސަބަބުން ދިވެހި އިޤުތިޞާދަށް ކުރާ މާލީ މަންފާގެ ބޮޑުކަމުންނެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން މި ސިނާޢަތް ފުޅާކޮށް ކުރިއަރުންވަން ދިވެހި ސަރުކާރާއި އަމިއްލަ ފަރާތްތަކުން އަންނަނީ ކެނޑި ނޭޅި މަސައްކަތް ކުރަމުންނެވެ. އެގޮތުން ރިސޯޓުތަކާއި ސަފާރީތަކާއި ހޮޓާތަކުގެ ތެރެއަށް، ގެސްޓު ހައުސްގެ ވިޔަފާރި މިހާރު ވަނީ އިތުރުކޮށްފައެވެ. އޭގެ ސަބަބުން މި ސިނާޢަތުން މަންފާ ވަނީ، އެތައް ގުނައަކަށް އިތުރުވެފައެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް މި ސިނާޢަތާމެދު ފުންކޮށް ވިސްނައިލުމުން ފެންނާން ހުރީ ހަމައެކަނި ފައިދާއެއް ނޫނެވެ. ލިބޭ ގެއްލުންތައް ވެސް އެހައިމެ ބޮޑެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން މި ކަންކަމާމެދު ފުންކޮށް ވިސްނުމަށް ފަހު، ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސިނާޢަތުގެ ސަބަބުން ދިވެހިންނަށް ލިބޭ ފައިދާއާއި ގެއްލުމުގެ މައްޗަށް ބިނާކޮށް ދެކޮޅަށް ވާހަކަދައްކާ ލިޔުމެއް ލިޔާށެވެ! ލިޔުމަށް އަމިއްލަ ސުރުޚީއެއް ކަނޑައަޅާށެވެ!
ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސިނާޢަތުގެ ސަބަބުން، ދިވެހިންގެ އަރުގައި ފޮނި ރަހައާއި ހިތި ރަހަލައެވެ.
ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސިނާޢަތަކީ، ރާއްޖޭގެ ފަސްގަނޑުގައި ރުވި ގަހަކުން ނިކުތް، ނުހަނު ފޮނި، އަދި އެހައިމެ ހިތި މޭވާއެކެވެ. މި ބުނުމުން ދޭހަވާގޮތުގައި ފަތުރުވެރިކަމަކީ، ފައިދާއާއި ގެއްލުން އެ ސިނާޢަތަކާ ގުޅިލާމެހިފައިވާ ސިނާޢަތެވެ. ދިވެހި ބަސްފޮތުގައި މި ސިނާޢަތް މާނަކޮށްފައިވަނީ، ހިތްއުފާކޮށްލައި، ތަންތަން ބަލައިލުމަށް، އެއް ތަނުން އަނެއް ތަނަށް ދަތުރުކުރާ މީހުންގެ ކަންކަން އިންތިޒާމުކޮށް ބެލެހެއްޓުމަށް ކުރާ މަސައްކަތެއްގެ ގޮތުގައެވެ. ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގައި މި މަސައްކަތް ފަށާފައިވަނީ، ވަރަށް އާދައިގެ ގޮތަކަށެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް މިއަދު މި ސިނާޢަތް ވަނީ ވަރަށް ބޮޑަށް ކުރިއަރައި ތަރައްޤީވެފައެވެ. ދުނިޔޭގެ އެކި ކަންކޮޅުތަކުން، އެކި ފަންތިތަކުގެ، އެކި ސަގާފަތްތަކުގެ، އެކި ދީންތަކުގެ އެތައް ލައްކަ ބަޔަކު، ކޮންމެ އަހަރަކު މި ގައުމަށް ޒިޔާރަތްކުރެއެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން މި ސިނާޢަތުގެ ސަބަބުން ދިވެހިންނަށް އެތައް ގޮތަކުން ގިނަގުނަ ފައިދާތަކެއް ލިބެމުން އަންނައިރު، އެތައް ގެއްލުތަކެއް ވެސް ލިބެމުން އަންނަކަމީ ދެ ބަސްވެވެން ނެތް ޙަޤީޤަތެކެވެ
ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން ދިވެހިންނަށް ވަޒީފާގެ އެތައް ފުރުސަތުތަކެއް ތަނަވަސްވެފައިވާކަމީ ޤަބޫލުކުރަންޖެހޭ ޙަޤީޤަތެކެވެ. ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގައި އެންމެ ގިނަ ވަޒީފާގެ ފުރުސަތުތައް އުފެދިފައިވާ އެއް ދާއިރާއަކީ، ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ދާއިރާއެވެ. 2019 ވަނަ އަހަރު ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ދުވަހާ ގުޅިގެން މާލޭގައި ބޭއްވި، “ގާލާ ނައިޓް” އިފްތިތާޙުކުރުމުގެ ޖަލްސާގައި ވާހަކަފުޅު ދައްކަވަމުން، ރާއްޖޭގެ ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ ވިދާޅުވި ގޮތުގައި، 2019 ވަނަ އަހަރު އެކަނި ވެސް، ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ދާއިރާއިން 10000 އަށް ވުރެ ގިނަ ވަޒީފާ ވަނީ އުފެދިފައެވެ. އެހެންކަމަށްވާ ނަމަ، މި ސިނާޢަތުގައި އުފެދިފައި ހުރި ވަޒީފާގެ އަދަދު، މީގެ އެތައް ގުނައަކަށް އިތުރުވެފައި ވާނެކަމީ ޝައްކެއް އޮތް ކަމެއް ނޫނެވެ. މި ވަޒީފާތަކުގައި އެތައް ދިވެހީންނެއް އަންނަނީ ހަރަކާތްތެރި ވަމުންނެވެ. އޭގެތެރޭގައި ރިސޯޓުތަކުގެ ޒިންމާދާރު މަޤާމުތަކުން ފެށިގެން ގޮސް، އެންމެ އާދައިގެ މަސައްކަތްތަކަށް ދާންދެން ހިމެނެއެވެ. މީގެއިތުރުން ރަށްރަށުގައި ހުރި ގެސްޓު ހައުސްތަކުން ވެސް، އެތައް ދިވެހިންނަކަށް ވަޒީފާގެ ފުރުސަތު ފަހިވެ، ރަށުގައި ތިބެގެން އާމްދަނީ ހޯދޭނެ މަގު ވަނީ ހުޅުވިފައެވެ. ނަތީޖާއެއްގެ ގޮތުން، ދިވެހިންގެ ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ ހާލަތު ރަނގަޅުވެ، ފަރުދުންގެ ފުދުންތެރިކަން އަންނަނީ އިތުރުވަމުންނެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގައި ވަޒީފާގެ ފުރުސަތު ތަނަވަސްވެ، ދިވެހީންގެ ދިރިއުޅުންގެ ހާލަތު ރަނގަޅުވަމުން އައުމަކީ، މި ސިނާޢަތުގެ ސަބަބުން ދިވެހިންނަށް ލިބޭ ވަރަށް ބޮޑު ހިތްހަމަޖެހުމެކެވެ.
ދިވެހީންގެ ދިރިއުޅުން ހަމަޖެހި ތަރުތީބުވެފައިވާ ގޮތަށް ބަލާއިރު، ބޭރު ފައިސާގެ މައްޗަށް މި ވަނީ ވަރަށް ބޮޑަށް ބަރޯސާވާން ޖެހިފައެވެ. ސަބަބަކީ ދިރިއުޅުމަށް ބޭނުންވާ ހުރިހައި ތަކެއްޗެއް ކަހަލަ ގޮތަކަށް ރާއްޖޭން ބޭރުން ގެންނާން ޖެހުމެވެ. އަދި ތަޢުލީމު އުނގެނުމަށާއި ޞިއްޙީ ޚިދުމަތް ލިބިގަތުމަށާއި ޗުއްޓީ ހޭދަކުރުމަށާއި ހައްޖާއި ޢުމުރާގެ އަޅުކަމަށް ބޭރު ޤައުމުތަކަށް ދާން ޖެހުމެވެ. މިއިން ކޮންމެ ކަމަކަށް ވެސް ބޭނުންވަނީ ބޭރު ފައިސާއެވެ. މި ފައިސާ ދިވެހިރާއްޖެއަށް އެންމެ ގިނައިން ވަންނަ ދޮރަކީ، ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސިނާޢަތުގެ ތެރެއިން، ރާއްޖޭން ބޭރަށް ހުޅުވާލެވިފައިވާ ދޮރެވެ. މަރުކަޒީ ބޭންކުގެ 2018 ވަނަ އަހަރުގެ ތަފާސްހިސާބުތަކަށް ބަލާއިރު، އެ އަހަރުގެ ފުރަތަމަ ތިން މަސް ދުވަހުގެ ތެރޭގައި ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުން، 993.5 މިލިޔަން ޑޮލަރު ދިވެހިރާއްޖެއަށް ވަނީ ލިބިފައެވެ. ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ އެތައް ކަމެއް ރާއްޖޭން ބޭރާ ގުޅިފައިވާ ބަޔަކަށް، މިއީ ކިހައި ބޮޑު މަންފާއެއްތޯއެވެ؟ އެހެންނަމަވެސް މި ސިނާޢަތް ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގައި ކުރިއަރާފައި ނެތް ނަމަ، ޝައްކެއްވެސްނެތް ގޮތުގައި، ބޭރުފައިސާ ހޯދަން ދިވެހިންނަށް ގިނަގުނަ ތަކުލީފުތަކެއް އުފުލާން ޖެހޭނެއެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ދަތިކަމެއްނެތި، ދިވެހިރާއްޖެއަށް ބޭރު ފައިސާ ލިބޭނެ މަގު ތަނަވަސްވެފައި އޮތުމަކީ، ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން ދިވެހީނަށް ލިބެމުން އަންނަ ނުހަނު ބޮޑު ނިޢުމަތެކެވެ.
ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން ދިވެހިންނަށް ލިބޭ ފައިދާއެކޭ އެއްގޮތަށް، ލިބޭ ގެއްލުންތައް ވެސް ނުހަނު ގިނަގުނައެވެ. އެ ގޮތުން ފާހަގަކޮށްލެވޭ އެއް ކަމަކީ، މަސްތުވާތަކެތީގެ ދިޔާ ބާވަތްތައް އާންމުވުމެވެ. ދިވެހިރާއްޖެއަކީ ސަންތައިން ސައްތަ އިސްލާމީ ޤައުމެކެވެ. އިސްލާމްދީނުގައި މަސްތުވާތަކެތި ބޭނުންކުރުން ވަނީ ހަރާމްކުރައްވާފައެވެ. ސޫރަތުލް މާއިދާގެ 90 ވަނަ އާޔަތާއި 91 ވަނަ އާޔަތުން، މިކަން ވަރަށް ރަނގަޅަށް ހާމަވެއެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް، ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން ރަލާއި ބިޔަރު ފަދަ ތަކެތި ދިވެހިންގެ ތެރޭގައި ވަނީ ވަރަށް ބޮޑަށް އާންމުވެފައެވެ. ރިސޯޓުތަކުގައި ވަޒީފާ އަދާކުރާ ބައެއް ދިވެހިން، މި ތަކެތީގެ އިސްތިޢުމާލުކުރާ ވާހަކައަކީ ވަރަށް ޢާންމު ވާހަކައެކެވެ. އެ ފަދަ ފަރާތްތަކުން ހަރާމެއް ހަލާލެއް ބެލުމެއް ނެތި، ފާޅުގައި މި ފަދަ ބުއިންތަކުން “އުފާ” ހޯދަމުން ގެންދަނީ ޖެހިލުމެއް ނެތިއެވެ. ކަން މިހެން އޮއްވާ، ގެސްޓު ހައުސްގެ ވިޔަފާރި ތަޢާރަފުވެ، މީހުން ދިރިއުޅޭ ރަށްރަށުގައި ގެސްޓު ހައުސްތައް ހިންގާން ފެށުމާއެކު، ރަށްރަށުގައި ވެސް ރަލާއި ބިއަރު ވަނީ އާންމުވާން ފަށައިފައެވެ. އަދި މި ބާވަތްތަކުގެ އިސްތިޢުމާލުކުރާ ދިވެހީންގެ އަދަދު މިއަދު މި ވަނީ ކުރިއަށްވުރެ އިތުރުވެފައެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން، ދިވެހީންގެ ތެރޭގައި މަސްތުވާތަކެތީގެ ތެރެއިން ދިޔާ ބާވަތްތައް ބޭނުންކުރާ މީހުންގެ އަދަދު އިތުރުވަމުން އައުމަކީ، މި ސިނާޢަތުގެ ސަބަބުން ދިވެހީނަށް ކުރިމަތިވެފައިވާ ވަރަށް ބޮޑު ނުރައްކަލެކެވެ.
ދިވެހިންގެ ޢަޤީދާ ބަލިކަށިވެ، އިސްލާމްދީނާ ދުރުހެލިވުމަކީ، ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން ދިވެހީންނަށް ލިބޭ ނުހަނު ބޮޑު ގެއްލުމެކެވެ. ރިސޯޓުތަކާއި ހޮޓާތަކާއި ގެސްޓު ހައުސްތަކުގައި ގިނައިން ވަޒީފާ އަދާކުރަނީ ދިވެހި ޒުވާނުންނެވެ. ރިސޯޓުގެ މާޙައުލަކީ އިސްލާމީ ޢަޤީދާ ބަލިކަށިކޮށްލާ ފަދަ އެތައް ކުލައަކާއި މަންޒަރެއް އެކުލެވޭ މާޙައުލެކެވެ. ކުރިސްމަސް ފާހަގަކުރުމާއި ޑިސްކޯއާއި ޑީޖޭ ފަދަ މަސްހުނި މިޔުޒިކީ ހަފުލާތައް ބޭއްވުން އާންމު ތަނެކެވެ. އިސްލާމްދީނާ އިދިކޮޅު ފިކުރުގެ އެތައް ބަޔަކު ޒިޔާރަތްކުރާ ތަނެއް ވެސް މެއެވެ. އެބައިމީހުންގެ ހެދުން އެޅުމާއި ކެއިން ބުއިމާއި ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ ވައްޓަފާޅި ބިނާވެފައި އޮންނަނީ، އިސްލާމީ އުސޫލުތަކާ ދިމާ އިދިކޮޅަށެވެ. ރިސޯޓުތަކުގައި ވަޒީފާ އަދާކުރާ ދިވެހީންނަށް އުޅެން ޖެހިފައި ވަނީ މި ފަދަ ކަންކަމުން ތަޣައްޔަރުވެފައިވާ މާހައުލެއްގައެވެ. ނަތީޖާއަކަށް ވަނީ، ޢަޤީދާ ބަލިކަށި ދިވެހިން މަގުއޮޅޭގޮތްވުމެވެ. ނަމާދާ ދުރުހެލިވުމާއި ޤުރުއާނާ ބީރައްޓެހިވުމާއި ރަމަޟާންމަހުގެ ރޯދައަށް ނޫނެކޭ ބުނުން ފަދަ ކަންކަން އާންމުވުމެވެ. ހަމައެއާއެކު އިސްލާމްދީން ނަހީ ކުރައްވާފައިވާ ފާޙިޝް ޢަމަލުތަކުން ވަގުތީ އުފާ ޙާޞިލުކުރުމުގެ އާދަތައް އަށަގަންނާން ފެށުމެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ދިވެހިން އިސްލާމްދީނާ ދުރުހެލިވުމަކީ، ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން ދިވެހިންގެ އަރުގައިލަމުން އަންނަ ކޮން ފަދަ ގަދަ ހިތި ރަހައެއް ތޯއެވެ.

ދިވެހިންގެ ތެރެއިން އެތައް ބަޔަކު މިއަދު ދިރިއުޅުން ބަރޯސާކޮށްފައި ވަނީ، ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ދާއިރާއިން ލިބޭ އާމްދަނީއެއްގެ މައްޗަށެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް މިއީ ވަރަށް ނާޒުކު ސިނާޢަތެކެވެ. ބޭރު ދުނިޔޭގައި ހިނގާ ހާދިސާއަކުން، ނުވަތަ ބޭރު ޤައުމުތަކަށް ކުރިމަތިވާ ހަލަބޮލިކަމަކާ ގުޅިގެން މި ސިނާޢަތަށް ލޮޅުން އަރައިފާނެއެވެ. ނުވަތަ ދިވެހި ޤައުމަށް ކުރިމަތިވާ ދަތި ހާލަތެއްގެ ސަބަބުން ވެސް މި ސިނާޢަތް ހުއްޓުމަކަށް އައުމަކީ ވަރަށް ކައިރީގައި އޮތް ކަމެކެވެ. ދިވެހީން ވަނީ އެކި ފަހަރުމަތީން މި ކަންކަން ތަޖުރިބާ ކޮށްފައެވެ. އޭގެތެރޭގައި 2 އޮގަސްޓު 1990 އިން 28 ފެބުރުވަރީ 1991 އަށް ކުރެވުނު ގަލްފު ހަނގުރާމައާއި 2004 ވަނަ އަހަރު ޑިސެންބަރު މަހު، ދެކުނު އޭޝިޔާގެ ގައުމުތައް ސުންނާފަތިވި ސުނާމީ ކާރިސާއާ ގުޅިގެން، ދިވެހި ފަތުރުވެރިކަމަށް ކުރިމަތިވި ހީނަރުކަން ފާހަގަކޮށްލެވެއެވެ. މި ކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން އެތައް ބަޔެއްގެ އާމްދަނީއަށް ހުރަސް އެޅި، ޤައުމުގެ އިޤުތިޞާދަށް ބޮޑެތި ގެއްލުންތަކެއް ލިބުނެވެ. ހަމައެއާއެކު 2019 ވަނަ އަހަރު ޑިސެންބަރުމަހު ޗައިނާގެ ވުހާން ސިޓީން އިން ފެނުނު ކޮރޯނާވައިރަސް، ނުވަތަ ކޮވިޑް 19 ދުނިޔެއަށް ފެތުރުމާ ގުޅިގެން ރާއްޖޭގެ ފަތުރުވެރިކަމަށް ވަނީ، މިހާތަނަށް ކުރިމަތިވި އެންމެ ބޮޑު ގޮންޖެހުމާ ކުރިމަތިލާން ޖެހިފައެވެ. މި ކަމާ ގުޅިގެން ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ދާއިރާގައި ވަޒީފާ އަދާކުރަމުން އައި އެތައް ބަޔެއްގެ އާމްދަނީއަށް ވަނީ ހީނަރުކަން އައިސްފައެވެ. އެތައް ބަޔެއްގެ ވަޒީފާ ވަނީ ގެއްލިފައެވެ. ޓޫރިޒަމް އެމްޕްލޮޔާޒް އެސޯސިއޭޝަން އޮފް މޯލްޑިވްސް އިން ހާމަކުރިގޮތުގައި، ކޮވިޑް 19 އާ ގުޅިގެން، ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ދާއިރާގައި މަސައްކަތްކުރާ ގާތްގަނޑަކަށް 11000 މުވައްޒަފުންގެ ވަޒީފާ ގެއްލިފައިވެއެވެ. މި ކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން އެތައް އާއިލާއެއް ހާލުގައިޖެހި، ޤައުމުގެ އިޤުތިޞާދު ވަނީ ހުއްޓުމަކަށް އައިސްފައެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން މުޅި ގައުމު ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސިނާޢަތަށް ބަރޯސާވެފައި އޮތުމުގެ ސަބަބުން، ދުނިޔެއަށާއި ދިވެހިރާއްޖެއަށް ކުރިމަތިވާ ދަތި ހާލަތްތަކުގައި، ދިވެހިރާއްޖެއަށް ހީވެސް ނުކުރާ ފަދަ ބޮޑެތި ގެއްލުންތައް އަންނަނީ ލިބެމުންނެވެ.
ފަތުރުވެރިކަމަކީ އުފަލާއި ނުތަނަވަސްކަން އެ ސިނާއަތަކާ ގުޅި ލާމެހިފައިވާ ސިނާޢަތެކެވެ. މި ސިނާޢަތުގެ ސަބަބުން އެތައް ބަޔެއްގެ ހިތް އުފާކޮށްދެއެވެ. އެގޮތުން ބޭރުފައިސާ، ދަތިކަމެއް ނެތި ދިވެހިންނަށް ލިބޭނެ މަގު ތަނަވަސްކޮށްދެއެވެ. އާބާދީގެ އެތައް ބަޔަކަށް ވަޒީފާގެ ފުރުސަތު ތަނަވަސްކޮށްދިނުމުގައި މުހިންމު ދައުރެއް އަދާކުރެއެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް އޭގެ އަނެއްކޮޅު ވެސް ފެނެއެވެ. މަސްތުވާތަކެތީގެ ބިރުވެރިކަން ޤައުމުގައި އިތުރުވެ، އިސްލާމްދީނާ ދިވެހިން ދުރުހެލިވުމުގައި މި ސިނާޢަތުގެ ދައުރު ވަރަށް ބޮޑެވެ. ހަމައެއާއެކު ދުނިޔެއަށް ކުރިމަތިވާ ތަފާތު ހާލަތްތަކާ ގުޅިގެން ގައުމާއި ފަރުދުން ކުޑަކަކޫމައްޗަށް ތިރިކޮށްލައެވެ. ކަން އޮތީ މިހެންކަމަށް ވާއިރު، ފަތުރުވެރިކަމުގެ ސިނާޢަތަށް މުޅި ޤައުމު ބަރޯސާކޮށްގެން ތިބޭނީތޯ، ނުވަތަ ފަތުރުވެރިކަމާ އެއްވަރަށް އެހެން ސިނާޢަތްތައް ވެސް ތަރައްޤީކުރަން މަސައްކަތްކުރާނީތޯ، މިއީ މިއަދު ވިސްނައި ފިކުރުކުރާން ޖެހިފައިވާ ކަމެކެވެ. މި ކަމާމެދު ގޮތް ނިންމާނީ ދިވެހިންނެވެ. ކަމާ ގުޅުންހުރި މުވައްސަސާތަކުންނެވެ. ދިވެހި ސަރުކާރުންނެވެ.
