ދިވެހީންނަކީ، ޚާއްޞަކޮށް އަޅުގަނޑުމެންގެ ކާބަފައިންނަކީ، އަމިއްލަ ހަށިގަނޑުން ދާ އޮހޮރުވައިގެން އެ ބައިމީހުންގެ މުހުތާދުތައް ފުއްދަމުން އައިސްފައިވާ މުރާލި ބަޔެކެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް އެއީ މާޒީއެވެ. މިއަދު މި އޮތީ މަންޒަރު ބަދަލުވެފައެވެ. ފަސް ލައްކައެއްހައި މީހުން ދިރިއުޅޭ މި ކުޑަކުޑަ ޖަޒީރާ ގައުމުގައި، އެއްލައްކަ ސާޅީސް ފަސް ހާހަށްވުރެ ގިނަ ބިދޭސީން ދިރިއުޅެމުން ގެންދާކަމީ ކަންބޮޑުވާންޖެހޭ، އެހެންނަމަވެސް ޙަޤީޤަތެވެ. ފަރުދީ ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ އެންމެ އާދައިގެ ކުދިކުދި ކަންކަމުން ފެށިގެން، ގައުމީ ފެންވަރުގައި ހިންގޭ ބޮޑެތި މަޝްރޫޢުތަކުގައި ވެސް، މިއަދު ޙަރަކާތްތެރިވަމުން އަންނަނީ ބިދޭސީންނެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް މި ކަން އިހު އޮތް ފުށަށް އަދިވެސް ޖެހިދާނެއެވެ. އެ އުފާވެރިކަމާއި ހިތްހަމަޖެހުމުގެ ކުލަތަކުން މި ގައުމުގެ އުދަރެސް ފަވާލެވިދާނެއެވެ. ބޭނުންވަނީ ހިތްވަރާއި ކެރުމެވެ. ނުގުޑާ ފަދަ ޢަޒުމަކާއެކު ކުރިމަތިލުމެވެ. ޝައްކެއްވެސް ނެތެވެ. ބިދޭސީންނާ ނުލައި ދިވެހީންނަށް އުފާވެރި ދިރިއުޅުމެއް އަދިވެސް އުޅެވިދާނެއެވެ.
މިއަދު މާލެއާއި ރަށްފުށަށް ނަޒަރު ހިންގައިލާއިރު، ފެންނަ އެންމެ ޢާންމު އެއް މަންޒަރަކީ، ދިވެހީންގެ އަމިއްލަ ގެދޮރުގައި ބިދޭސީން ވަކި ހިއްޕާލައިފައިވާ މަންޒަރެވެ. ތަނަވަސްކަމުގެ ކުޑަވެސް ނިޝާނެއް ހުރި ބަޔަކު ނަމަ، އެ ގޭގައި ކުރަންޖެހޭ އެންމެހައި ކަންތައްތައް ކުރާނީ އަވަށްޓެރި ގައުމަކުން ގެނެސްފައި ހުރި ބިދޭސީއެކެވެ. ދަރީންގެކަންކަމުން ފެށިގެން ގޮސް ގޭތެރޭގެ އެންމެހައި މަސައްކަތްތަކާއި ބޭރުތެރެއިން ޖެހޭ މަސައްކަތްތަކަށް ދާންދެނެވެ. މި ނޫންގޮތެއް މިއަދު ދިވެހީންނަށް ހަމަ ނެތީބާވައެވެ؟ ނޫނެކެވެ. އަޅުގަނޑުމެންގެ ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ ހަވާސާއިން ބޭރަށް އެބައިމީހުން ފޮނުވާލައިގެން ވެސް، އަޅުގަނޑުމެންނަށް އުފާވެރި ޙަޔާތެއް ވޭތިކުރެވިދާނެއެވެ. ދަރީންގެ ކަންކަމާއި ގޭތެރޭގެ މަސައްކަތްތަކަށް މަންމަގެ އަތް ފުދޭނެއެވެ. ބޭރުތެރޭގައި ކުރަންޖެހޭ މަސައްކަތްތަކަށް ބައްޕަގެ އަތް ކުފޫހަމަވާނެއެވެ. ފާޑުވެރިކަމުގެ ގޮތުން ބެއްޔަސް، ހަރަކާތްތެރިކަމުގެ ގޮތުން ބެއްޔަސް މާ ބޮޑަށް ޤާބިލުވާނެއެވެ. މި އުފާވެރި މަންޒަރު މިއަދުވެސް ދިވެހި މުޖުތަމަޢުން ނުފެނެއެކޭ ނުދެންނެވޭނެއެވެ. ގޭތެރޭގެ މަސައްކަތްތައް ކުރަމުން ދަރީންގެ ޒިންމާ ފުރިހަމައަށް އަދާކުރާ މައިންބަފައިން އުޅެއެވެ. ކެއްކުމާއި ގޭތެރެ ސާފުކުރުމާއި ދޮވެ އިސްތިރިކުރުން ފަދަ އެންމެހައި ކަންކަން އަމިއްލަ އަތުން ކޮށްގެން އުޅޭ އަންހެނުން ފެނެއެވެ. އެ ފަދަ ގޭގެއިން ފެންނަ އުފާވެރިކަން މާ ބޮޑެވެ. ވީއިރު މުޅި މުޖުތަމަޢު މި ގޮތަށް ބައްޓަން ނުކުރެވޭންވީ ސަބަބެއް ނެތެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ބިދޭސީމީހާއަށް ގޭގެ ހަތަރުފާރުގެ ތެރެއިން ޖާގަ ނުދީ ވެސް، އެ ގެއަށް އުފާވެރިކަމާއި ފާގަތިކަން ގެނެވިދާނެކަމީ ޝައްކެއް އޮތް ކަމެއް ނޫނެވެ.
ރާއްޖޭގެ ތަޢުލީމީ މުވައްސަސާތަކަށް ނަޒަރުހިންގައިލާއިރު، އެ ތަންތަނުގައި ބިދޭސީންގެ ނިސްބަތް އަދިވެސް މަދެއް ނޫނެވެ. ނާޒިރުން، އިސް މުދައްރިސުން، މުދައްރިސުން، މަސައްކަތު މީހުން، މިހެން ގޮސް ކިޔާނެކަމެއް ނެތެވެ. ހުރިހައި ފެންވަރެއްގެ މަޤާމުތަކުގައި ވެސް އެ ބައިމީހުންގެ އާރާއި ބާރު އޮވެއެވެ. އެކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން، ދަރިވަރުންނަށް ކުރާ ނޭދެވޭ އަސަރު ކުޑައެއް ނޫނެވެ. އާދަކާދައާއި ސަޤާފަތް މަސްހުނިވެ، އަޚުލާޤަށް ނޭދެވޭ އަސަރު ކުރަނީއެވެ. ޢަޤީދާ ބަލިކަށި ވަނީއެވެ. 2017 ވަނަ އަހަރުގެ ތަފާސްހިސާބުތަކުން ދައްކާގޮތުގައި، ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ މަދަރުސާ ތަކުގައި 9242 މުދައްރިސުން ވަޒީފާއަދާކުރާއިރު، އޭގެތެރެއިން %23.44 މުދައްރިސުންނަކީ ބިދޭސީންނެވެ. ނިސްބަތުން ބަލާއިރު މިއީ ބޮޑު އަދަދެކެވެ. ފަށާތަޢުލީމުގެ މަދަރުސާތަކުގައި 591 ބިދޭސީ މުދައްރިސުން ވަޒީފާ އަދާކުރާއިރު، ސާނަވީއާއި މަތީ ސާނަވީ މަދަރުސާތަކުގައި 1544 ބިދޭސީ މުދައްރިސުން މަސައްކަތްކުރެއެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް އުފަލަކީ، މިއަދު ރާއްޖޭގެ އެއްވެސް ޕްރީ ސްކޫލެއްގައި ބިދޭސީ ޓީޗަރަކު މަސައްކަތެއް ނުކުރާކަމެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން، މި ޢަދަދުތައް ސުމަކަށް ދަށް ނުކުރެވޭންވީ ސަބަބެއް އެބަ އޮތްތޯއެވެ؟ ޝައްކެއްނެތެވެ. އަދުގެ ތަޢުލީމީ ޖީލަށް ނުހަނު ފަސޭހަކަމާއެކު މިކަން ކުރެވިދާނެއެވެ. އެކަމަށް ޓަކައި، މަދަރުސާތަކުގެ އެކިއެކި މަޤާމުތައް ފުރާނެ، ދިވެހި ލޭ ހިނގާ، ދިވެހި ދަރީން ތަމްރީނުކޮށްގެން، މަޤާމުތަކަށް ނެރެންވީއެވެ. ނަތީޖާއަކަށްވާނީ، ކިޔެވުމުގެ މާޙައުލަށް އުފާވެރިކަމާއި ބަހާރުގެ އާރޯ ފެހިކަން ލިބިގެންދިޔުމެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ދިވެހި ދަރީންގެ ހިތްވަރެއް ހުރި ނަމަ، ބިދޭސީންނާ ނުލައި އިސްކޫލް މަދަރުސާތައް ހިންގައި، ތައުލީމީ ނިޒާމަށް އުފާވެރިކަން ގެނެވިދާނެއެވެ.
މާލޭގެ ހަސްފަތާލުތަކާއި ކުލިނިކުތަކާއި ބޭސްފިހާރަތަކުގެ އިތުރުން، އަތޮޅުތެރޭގައި ހުރި މި ފަދަ ތަންތަނުން ވެސް، ޚިދުމަތް ފޯރުވައި ދިނުމުގައި މިއަދު ބިދޭސީންގެ ދައުރު ކުޑައެއް ނޫނެވެ. ރާއްޖޭގެ ޞިއްޙީ ދާއިރާގައި ހަރަކާތްތެރިވާ މީހުންގެ %60 އަކީ ބިދޭސީންކަމަށްވާއިރު، ޞިއްޙީ ޚިދުމަތް ހޯދުމަށް ޓަކައި، ބިދޭސީންނާ ކުރިމަތިނުލައި ދިވެހީނަށް ފަރުޖެއްސޭކަށް ނޯވެއެވެ. އޭގެ ސަބަބުން އެންމެ ހިތްހަމަޖެހޭ ގޮތަށް ޚިދުމަތް ނުލިބޭ ފަހަރު އަންނަނީ މަދެއްކޮށެއް ނޫނެވެ. ތިމާގެ ހަށިގަނޑުގައި އަޅާވޭނާއި ކެކުޅުން، ޑަކުޓަރަށް ބުނެދިނުމަށް މެދުވެރިއެއްގެ ބޭނުން ހިފަންޖެހުމުން، އެންމެ ރަނގަޅަށް ބަލިހާލަތު ބުނެއެއް ނުދެވެއެވެ. ނަރުސް ދެއްކި ވާހަކަ ފުރިހަމައަށް ފަހުމެއް ނުވެއެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް މި ފަދަ މަޤާމުތަކަށް އަންނަ ދިވެހީންގެ އަދަދު އެއް ދުވަހުން އަނެއް ދުވަހަށް އިތުރުކުރެވިއްޖެ ނަމަ، ޚިދުމަތް ހޯދާ ފަރާތްތަކަށް ހިތްހަމަޖެހުމާއި އުފާވެރިކަން ލިބިގެންދާނޭކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ. މިއަދު ކޮންމެވެސް މިންވަރަކަށް އެ އުފާވެރި މަންޒަރު ފެންނަމުން ވެސް އެބަ އާދެއެވެ. ދިވެހި ޑަކުޓަރުންނާއި ނަރުހުން އެއްދުވަހުން އަނެއް ދުވަހަށް އިތުރުވެ، ބިދޭސީ ޑަކުޓަރުންނާއި ނަރުހުންގެ އަދަދު ދަށަށް ދާ މަންޒަރަކީ ފެންނަ ހުވަފެނެއް ނޫނެވެ. ޙަޤީޤަތެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން އަދުގެ ކިޔަވާކުދީން، މި ކަމަށް ދޭ ސަމާލުކަން މިހާރަށްވުރެ ވެސް އިތުރުކޮށް، ހިތްވަރާއެކު މަސައްކަތް ކޮށްފި ނަމަ، ބިދޭސީންނާ ނުލައި ދިވެހި ރާއްޖޭގެ ޞިއްޙީ ދާއިރާއަށް އުފާވެރިކަން ގެނެވޭނެއެވެ.
މިއަދު ހޮޓާ ކެފޭ ރެސްޓޯރެންޓު ފަދަ ތަނަކަށް އެއްޗެއް ކައިލަން، ނުވަތަ ބޮއިލަން ވަންނަ މީހާއަށް ގިނަ ފަހަރަށް މަރުހަބާ ކިޔަނީ، އަވަށްޓެރި ކޮންމެވެސް ގައުމަކުން ގެނެސްފައިވާ ބިދޭސީއެކެވެ. އެފަދަ ތަނަކަށް ވަދެއްޖެ ނަމަ، ބޮޑު ކައްކާއިން ފެށިގެން ވޭޓަރާ ހަމައަށް ވެސް ފެންނާނީ، އަވަށްޓެރި ޤައުމުތަކުން އެތެރެކޮށްފައިވާ ބިދޭސީންނެވެ. ނާތަހުޒީބު ޚިދުމަތަކުން ހިތް ފުރާލައިގެން، ރަހައަކުން ރަހައެއްނުލާ ކެއުމަކުން ބަނޑު ހަމަޖައްސާލައިގެން ނިކުންނަ ގިނަ މީހުން ދަނީ ކުދި ކިޔަމުންނެވެ. ތަނުގެ ސާފުތާހިރުކަން ކުޑަވީމައެވެ. ލިބުނު ޚިދުމަތް ކަމުނުދިޔައީމައެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް މި ހާލަތު އަދިވެސް ބަދަލުކޮށް ލެވިދާނެއެވެ. ކުރިއެކޭ އެއްފަދައިން، ދިވެހިންގެ އަތްތައް މި މަސައްކަތްތަކުގައި ޝާމިލު ކުރަންވީއެވެ. ބޭނުންވަނީ ކެރުމާއި ހިތްވަރެވެ. މިއަދުގެ މުޖުތަމަޢުން މިކަން ކޮންމެވެސް މިންވަރަކަށް މިއަދު ފެންނާން ވެސް ފަށައިފިއެވެ. ބައެއް ހޮޓާތަކާއި ރެސްޓޯރެންޓުތަކާއި ކެފޭ ތަކުގައި ދިވެހީން ހަރަކާތްތެރިވާން ފަށައިފިއެވެ. ވޭޓަރުންގެ ގޮތުގައެވެ. ކައްކާއިންގެ ގޮތުގައެވެ. ބަލަހައްޓާ މީހުންގެ ގޮތުގައެވެ. މި ކަންކަމަކަށް މީހަކު މަލާމާތެއް ނުކުރެއެވެ. ކުރަނީ ތަޢުރީފެވެ. ވަނީ އުފަލެވެ. ސާފުތާހިރުކަން ބޮޑުވީމައެވެ. ކާތަކެތީގެ ޙަޤީޤީ ދިވެހި ރަހަ ތަޖުރިބާކޮށްލުމުގެ ފުރުސަތު ލިބޭތީއެވެ. އަމިއްލަ ޤައުމުން ހޯދޭ ޚިދުމަތެއްކަމުގެ ފުރިހަމަ އިޙުސާސް ކުރެވޭތީއެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ކާބޯތަކެތީގެ ޚިދުމަތް ފޯރުކޮށްދޭ ހުރިހައި ތަނެއް، މި ފަދައިން ދޭސީންގެ އަތްމައްޗަށް ގެނެވިއްޖެ ނަމަ، ޚިދުމަތް ހޯދާ ދިވެހީނަށް ލިބިގެންދާނީ، ހީވެސް ނުކުރާ ފަދަ ބޮޑު ހިތްހަމަޖެހުމަކާއި އުފަލެއްކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.
އިމާރާތްކުރުމުގެ މަސައްކަތަކީ ހަމަ އެކަނި ބިދޭސީންނަށް ޚާއްޞަކުރެވިފައިވާ މަސައްކަތެކޭ ހީވާ ދަރަޖައަށް މިއަދު އެ މަސައްކަތަށް ބިދޭސީން އަތްގަދަކޮށްފިއެވެ. ގޮނގުރިޓުކުރުމާއި ރޭނުމާއި ސިމެންތިޖެހުމާއި ތަށިމުށިޖެހުން ފަދަ އެންމެހައި ކަންކަމަކީ ބިދޭސީ އަތްތަކަށް ޚާއްޞަ މަސައްކަތްތަކަށްވެ ނިމިއްޖެއެވެ. މި ކަމުގެ އެންމެ ފުނަށް ފީނާލުމުން ފެންނަނީ، ހިތަށް މާ ފަސޭހަ މަންޒަރެއް ނޫނެވެ. މި ފަދަ މަސައްކަތްތައް ކުރާން އުޅޭ ގިނަ ބިދޭސީންނަށް އެންމެ ފުރިހަމައަށް މި މަސައްކަތްތަކެއް ނޭނގެއެވެ. މަސައްކަތަށް މަކަރު ހެދުމާއި ފަރުވާ ކުޑަކުރުން އޮންނަނީ އިންތިހާގައެވެ. އިސްރާފުގެ ބައި އަތް ނުފޯރާ ފަށުގައެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް ދިވެހީން މި މަސައްކަތާ ހަވާލުވެއްޖެ ނަމަ، މާ ރަނގަޅަށް، މާ ފުރިހަމައަށް މި މަސައްކަތްތައް ކުރެވޭނެކަމީ ޝައްކެއް އޮތްކަމެއް ނޫނެވެ. އެކަމުގެ ހެކިތައް މި މުޖުތަމަޢުން މިހާރުވެސް ފެންނާން އެބަހުއްޓެވެ. ބިދޭސީމީހާގެ އަތުގައި އޮތް ހަނދި، ނޫނީ ރޮންދާގައި ދިވެހި އަތަކުން ހިފައިފި ނަމަ، މަސައްކަތް އަވަސްވެ، ނަލަކަން އެތައް ގުނައަކަށް އިތުރުވެގެން ދާކަމީ ޙަޤީޤަތެވެ. ބިދޭސީމީހާ 10 ބަސްތާ ސިމެންތި ޚަރަދުކޮށްގެން ދެ ދުވަހުން، އެހައިމެ ކަސްކޮށް ޖަހާ ސިމެންތި، ދޭސީމީހާ 5 ބަސްތާއިން، އެއް ދުވަސްތެރޭ، ފާޑުވެރިކަމާއެކު ޖަހައި ނިންމާލައެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން ބިދޭސީންގެ ބަދަލުގައި ދިވެހީން އިމާރާތްކުމުގެ މަސައްކަތާ ހަވާލުވެއްޖެ ނަމަ، މި ދާއިރާގައި ހަރަކާތްތެރިވާ ފަރާތްތަކަށް ލިބޭ ހިތްހަމަޖެހުމާއި އުފާވެރިކަން މާ ބޮޑުވެގެންދާނެއެވެ.
ޝައްކެއްނެތެވެ! ބިދޭސީންނާ ނުލައި، ދިވެހީންނަށް މާ އުފަލުގައި، މާ އަރާމުގައި ދިރިއުޅެވިދާނެއެވެ. ގޭތެރޭގެ މަސައްކަތްތައް ބިދޭސީއަކު ލައްވައި ކުރުވައިގެން ހިތް ނުތަނަވަސް ކުރުވުމަށްވުރެ، އަމިއްލަ އަތުން އެ ކަންކަން ކޮށްލުމުން ލިބޭ އުފަލާއި ހިތްހަމަޖެހުން މާ ބޮޑުވާނެއެވެ. ތަޢުލީމީ މުވައްސަސާތައް ބިދޭސީންގެ ހާއްޔަކަށް ނުހަދައި، އެ ދާއިރާގެ ހުރިހައި ގޮޅިތަކެއްގައި ދިވެހި ކުލަތައް ޖައްސައިލެވިއްޖެ ނަމަ، ދަރިވަރުންގެ ހާލާއި މުސްތަޤުބަލަށް ކުރާނެ ފައިދާ ގުނަވެގެންދާނެއެވެ. ޞިއްޙީ ޚިދުމަތް ލިބިގަތުމަށް ޓަކައި ބިދޭސީންގެ ގާތަށް ގޮސް ވާނުވާ ނޭނގި އެނބުރި އައުމަށްވުރެ، ދިވެހި ޑަކުޓަރުންނަށް ދައްކައިލެވިއްޖެ ނަމަ، ބަލިމީހާއަށް ލިބޭނެ އުފާވެރިކަން ބޮޑުވާނެއެވެ. ހޮޓާ ރެސްޓޯރެންޓުތަކުން ބިދޭސީ ރަހަތައް ކަނޑުވައިލައި، ދިވެހި ދަރީންގެ ދިވެހި ރަހަތައް ލިބޭން ފެށުމުން، ޚިދުމަތް ހޯދާ ފަރާތްތަކުގެ ހިތަށް ލިބޭނެ ފިނިކަން ބޮޑުވާނެއެވެ. ޢިމާރާތްކުރުމުގެ މަސައްކަތްތަކުން ބިދޭސީންގެ ބާރު ކަނޑުވާލައި، ދޭސީ އަތްތައް ޝާމިލުކުރެވުމުން، މަސައްކަތްކުރުވާ ފަރާތްތަކަށް ލިބޭނެ ނަފާ އިތުރުވާނެއެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން މި އެންމެހައި ކަންކަމަކަށް ބަލާއިރު، ބިދޭސީންނާ ނުލައި ދިވެހީންނަށް މާ އުފާވެރި މާ ހަމަޖެހޭ ދިރިއުޅުމެއް އުޅެވިދާނޭކަމީ ޝައްކެއްނެތި ޔަޤީންވާ ކަމެކެވެ.
